Here’s what I ate on 3/8/12: Breakfast 2 large grape fruits, one orange + Green Tea (no sweetener) Lunch 2 fish tacos, chips and salsa at California pizza kitchen (business meeting lunch) Snack 1 plumb Dinner Tilapia, hummus, couscous, salad, organic veggie chips and salsa (thanks to my awesome wife who always makes yummy, healthy dinners) Diet Plan Pescetarian lunch and evening + raw fruit breakfast Supplements none Exercise day off (following 4-hour body weight gain routine) Notes Had a lot of energy all day up until after lunch.  Not sure what was in the fish tacos, chips or salsa, but it made me very sleepy. My friend and amazing human being, Mark Joyner, launched a new site called aYearWithoutSugar.com and I’ve joined him on a quest to go a full year without sugar.  Fortunately, I’ve been doing this for a few years already; however, I’m tracking what he’s doing b/c 1. I respect him and 2. I’ve been drawn to finding healthier ways to eat even on my current pescetarian diet. I recently found out about an assisted living facility in Atlanta called DogwoodForest.com.  Now, I’m not about to put my mom in an assisted living facility or anything – as she says, she’s still a “spring chicken,” so no need – but I found out about this company through my job and I gotta say I like their style. They are one of the only facilities using something called Simple C, a non drug alternative to helping make seniors lives happier.  For example, if you have alzhimers, instead of treating you with a bunch of drugs, the staff at this unique community actually create scrap books, scan them and show them to you because science apparently shows it increases brain activity. Two steps to help hack-proof your wordpress blog

I’m restarting my wordpress blog after a recent hacker attack and I realize I’ve learned two valuable steps worth sharing to help hack-proof any wordpress blog .  Though simple, any blogger can keep their content safe by following these steps (NOTE: backing up your blog is something I was already doing prior to the hack, but I mention it here in case you aren’t already doing so): 1. Update wordpress software when WordPress tells you to update.
